Lab Technician – Food & Beverage Quality Control

Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Control Lab Technician for our food manufacturing facility. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards before release.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials and finished goods
  • Record and analyze data to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Report deviations and assist in root cause investigations
  • Calibrate and maintain lab testing equipment

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a food or beverage lab environment
  • Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and FDA regulations
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
